In this class, we will focus on the art of visible binding. This type of stitching has been around for hundreds of years, starting around the Edo Period in Japan. While the books themselves will look pretty standard, the stitching (whether simple or decorative) is where the individuality shines with this binding technique.

By the end of the workshop, each person will have several books and the skills to make their own at home.
Time: 6-8pm
