10/17 and 10/24 (2-part): DIY Letterpress Stationery

Ready for a crash course into stationery design and letterpress printing?!?

Join professional calligrapher Jen McCarthy of Letter B Calligraphy and Albertine Press printer Naomi Gabizon to make your very own custom, letterpress personalized stationery.  On the first day, you will learn the basics of hand lettering to develop a unique design of your name or initials. On day two, you will return to letterpress your designs on our antique press and complete a set of 25 notecards and envelopes with an opportunity to  add embellishments like rounded corners and envelope liners. 

This workshop is for beginners - absolutely no experience is necessary. All supplies and materials will be provided.
