SHOP POLICIES

PAYMENT

Purchases can be paid through direct checkout or Paypal within 48 hours of purchase. Unpaid purchases will be cancelled. Paypal will automatically collect MA sales tax on items shipped within the state. Orders will not ship until payment has cleared.

SHIPPING

We make every effort to ship within 2 working days of payment receipt to the address listed in your order, so please check that this is the correct address. All of our products ship out via USPS first class mail for both domestic and international shipments, unless otherwise noted. There is no tracking available on this type of shipment.

International customers are responsible for any taxes, tariffs or duties imposed upon import. We list the full purchase value on all of our customs forms.

If you wish to add delivery confirmation, insurance, or use another shipping method, please add that in the notes and we'll be in touch with you to confirm and quote any difference in price.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Please let us know if something has gone awry or you are not satisfied with your product in some way and we will do what we can to fix it. If you are concerned about damage in shipping, please consider insuring your package.

Yes, we do custom printing and design! A large sampling of our design and print work can be seen here.

Looking for a product not listed in our shop? What about discounts for large or multiple orders? Write us and ask. We can accommodate many special requests.


All of our products and hand printed on antique presses and there is a natural variation inherent in the letterpress process. The color or density of printing on the product that you receive may vary slightly from the images on our website.
